AI is
reshaping the marketing trends now. We can see a great impact of AI in
marketing, in both big and small brands. It become so accessible and affordable
so that business can meet their needs in a better way. AI always focus on proactive
strategies for customer journey improvement.
Where marketers can use AI?
1. PAY-PER-CLICK- It was controlled by
humans in the past time. But now, most of them are managed by AI, also helps to
find advertising channels with new layouts. In terms of e-marketer, google
manages 40.7% and facebook with 19.7% of US digital revenue.
2. Better personalized website
experience- According to the survey by Evergage, usage of AI in highly
personalized website results increase in improved customer experiences and
conversions rate.
3. Creating contents- Marketers use AI
tools like Rocco to generate automatic contents like emails, reports, contents
for social media where people are more likely to engage in.
4. Chat bots- AI powers content creating
chat bots that are able to give opinions, advise to the customers and sort out
the problems too.
5. Personalized contents- AI generates
personalized messages to customers by following their reading habits, searches,
time spent on a page, wish lists, last web interactions, interests of similar
visitors. Customers like to get personalized contents which in turns more engagements.
6. Smart customer engagement- AI tools
will collect data, generates predictive model, tests and validates it on
original customers. This helps to know the level of customers on what stage
they are in. With some adjustments in the machine-learning algorithm, effective
contents can be sent to re-engage the customers.
7. Customer insights- AI helps in
displaying the important content for the customer as a result of their
interaction like past communications, purchase behavior, referral source,
psychographic factors through website towards the company.
